Danella Realty & Management Company, 470 Norristown Road, Suite 100, Blue Bell, PA 19422 took over the management of the Lakeside Business Park in October 2011 from Keystone Management.  The sole proprietor of Keystone Management had passed away suddenly.  Danella immediately looked into several issues especially regarding the collection of delinquent condominium fees.  They spearheaded the legal proceedings that garnered not only back fees but guaranteed the payment continuation of the current fees.  They quickly established regular Board meetings with detailed agendas.  Furthermore, in each and every instance Danella followed up on each agenda item until completion.
Through their efforts, all fees and payments are done electronically if desired and response from Danella is lightning fast.  I highly recommend their services.
